         $16 per visit for first pet, $2 for each additional pet

                                    $30 per hour
                           (minimum charge - $20)

             *Initial Consultation:  No charge

             *Additional Consultations as requested by client:  $15
              (Changes in instructions, new pets, etc.)

             *Key Pick-up or Drop-off : $10
              (If keys are not retained on file.)

             *Medication Administration:
                   -In pet's food bowl:  No charge
                   -Oral administration:  $2 each instance
                   -Subcutaneous injections:  $5 each (Such as insulin)

               *Returned Check Charge:  $28

                *Holiday Surcharge:  $15 per day
                A holiday surcharge will be assessed for all holidays as listed
                 below. This fee is in addition to the standard visit fees. 
                 Please note: this fee is assessed per day, not per visit
